The Villages Iowa Club welcomes new members who live in The Villages (e.g. must have a Village ID card - permanent or temporary if you are a seasonal renter) and have any type of tie to the State of Iowa.

The Club's membership year runs from January 1st through December 31st. 

The NEW Membership fees include the Club's yearly dues plus the cost of a club badge for each member.

Select one of the membership level below to start the membership application process. After completing the application, you will need to enter a credit or debit card to pay for the first year's dues and badge.


Please read the below Instructions about HOUSEHOLD Memberships PRIOR to starting your Membership Application:

    • ALL Members of a Household Membership will share the same renewal date, status (active, lapsed, etc.), and membership level.
    • The FIRST MEMBER entered on the application should be the person who will become the "bundle" administrator (the one who manages registering the Household members for events and pays the Household's renewal fees).
    • The FIRST MEMBER will submit their application AND PAY for the entire Household's dues (including the new member badge fee).
    • AFTER the FIRST MEMBER (will now be identified as the Bundle Administrator) receives the Welcome letter, the Bundle Administrator can now add the other member to their Household. (Contact the Club if there is more than 2 members in the Household.)
      • LOG IN to Wild Apricot.
      • View YOUR PROFILE.
      • Towards the bottom of the Profile page you will see the "Bundle Summary".
      • Under the "Bundle Summary" you will see the "ADD MEMBER" button.
      • Click on the "ADD MEMBER" button to add the other Household member. IF the additional Member shares the same email as the FIRST MEMBER (aka Bundle Administrator), DO NOT populate the additional Member(s) Email Address field.

    Starting with the 2023 Dues Year (1/1/2023 - 12/31/2023), ALL renewals must be PAID ONLINE using a credit or debit card.

    Members will receive their first dues renewal notification 60 days prior to January 1 with instructions on how to renew their yearly membership dues.

    Members will receive three (3) additional renewal email notifications giving the members an opportunity to pay their yearly renewal dues. 

    Members will receive a "membership lapsed" notification if they have not renewed their year dues by January 30. 

    Members in a "lapsed" status will forfeit the below listed member privileges until they pay their renewal dues:

      • NO longer receive emails about upcoming events.
      • Will NOT be able to register for any upcoming events.

    Use of the Club's COPYRIGHTED LOGO requires written permission from The Villages Iowa Club.
