Registration

  • Use this registration type to register the 1st HOUSEHOLD CLUB Member.

    Use the ADD GUEST button during this registration process to register the 2nd HOUSEHOLD CLUB MEMBER.

    Only use the NON-Member Guest registration type to register any GUESTS that are attending with you.

    DO NOT USE the NON-Member Guest to register a CLUB MEMBER.
  • Use this registration if you are a SINGLE Club member.

    Use the NON-Member GUEST registration type to register any guests assuming guests are allowed for this event.
  • Use this registration type to register your NON-Club Member guests who are ATTENDING WITH YOU.

    REPLACE your email address, name and phone number with each of your guest's email address, name, and phone number.

    DO NOT USE THIS REGISTRATION TYPE TO REGISTER AN EXISTING CLUB MEMBER.

Doors open @ 6:00 PM. Meeting starts @ 6:30 PM.


Evening's Entertainment:  

Chili Dump:

  • Each PERSON brings 1 QUART (couples bring 2 quarts) of heated chili (with or without beans, made with ground beef)
  • The Club will provide Crackers, Shredded Cheese, Diced Onions, and Sour Cream
  • If you desire other special chili fixins, bring enough for your table (corn chips, tortilla chips, cinnamon rolls, corn bread, dessert)


Annual Gift Exchange - IF you wish to participate in the Gift Exchange, please note the following:

  • EACH participant to bring a wrapped gift
  • Item must be in NEW condition
  • Gift must have a minimum value of $10.00 and a maximum of $15.00
  • Unlike previous years (and for the sake of time involved), there will be NO "stealing" or "swapping" of gifts during the distribution of gifts
  • After the distribution of gifts, members are free to trade, swap, or barter gifts with other willing members

OTHER ITEMS TO BRING:

  • BYOE (beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and if desired, snacks to share during the gift exchange)
  • CASH for nightly 50/50 drawing.......$5.00 for every 10 tickets purchased
  • CASH or CHECK to order Club logo merchandise

    REGISTRATION NOTES:  IF both Household Club members are attending this event, need BOTH members to register for an accurate count.

    • IF each member has their own email, each can register for the event using their Club profile associated with their email.

    OR 

    • One Household member can register both members using the ADD GUEST during their registration process. See below screen shot on where to find the ADD GUEST button.

    Use of the Club's COPYRIGHTED LOGO requires written permission from The Villages Iowa Club. IF you wish to use the Club's logo, send a written request with the WHAT, HOW and WHY you want to use the logo to this address. NOTE:  DO NOT use this address to send cash or checks to pay renewal dues and/or event registrations.
