Club Bus Trip to Savannah, GA December 5-7, 2022

Base fee:
  • Use this option to register yourself. Due to limited ticket availability, it is key to register both YOU and YOUR SPOUSE by using the ADD GUEST button during your registration process. Failure to register your spouse during YOUR registration process could result in you having a seat on the bus but not your spouse.
  • This registration type is strictly limited to single Club members (e.g. not part of a Household).
  • This registration type OPENS MONDAY 8/29/2022 @ 7:00 AM. Once available, use this registration type to register any family and/or friends who want to go on this trip.

The Club has secured a larger bus for this trip!!

Registration is again open for this trip until the bus is full.

EFFECTIVE 9/22/2022:  All reservations will require FULL PAYMENT at the time you complete the registration process.

IF you are a couple, be sure to register your spouse/partner as a guest using the ADD GUEST button (see below). If complete your registration but did NOT add your spouse/partner, you MUST contact the Club, admin@villagesiowaclub.com, for instructions on how to register your spouse/partner.

Join fellow members in a 2 night/3 day bus trip from The Villages to Savannah, GA to take in the sights and sounds of Savannah's Christmas 2022 celebration. Direct all questions about this trip to Jim Bascom via phone call or text to 407-923-4344.

KEY NOTES:

  • Read ALL the terms and conditions in the detailed trip brochure to include the section on cancellation.
  • If both Household Club Members are going on the trip, it is CRITICAL that BOTH members are registered at the same time using the ADD GUEST button during one member's registration process.
  • Be sure to follow the registration process through ALL screens until you click CONFIRM on the Review and Confirm screen. Failure to click CONFIRM will result in NO registration.
  • See the brochure's section on Optional Travel Insurance. If desired, you will need to call 800-243-3174 or go to http://www.travelinsured.com/agency?agency=61817 to get more details on pricing, etc.
  • All reservations made PRIOR to 9/22/2022 will receive an invoice in early October for the balance due. 
    • You must pay the full balance due no later than October 15, 2022. 
    • Failure to pay by October 15th will result in cancellation of your registration along with any applicable cancellation fees.

    Use of the Club's COPYRIGHTED LOGO requires written permission from The Villages Iowa Club. IF you wish to use the Club's logo, send a written request with the WHAT, HOW and WHY you want to use the logo to this address. NOTE:  DO NOT use this address to send cash or checks to pay renewal dues and/or event registrations.
